Craig DeMarta
General Manager, Casino Operations Craig came to Ramada Express from Las Vegas where he was Assistant General Manager for Palace Station Hotel Casino. His career in the hospitality business started in 1978 at Harvey's Lake Tahoe Casino and Resort working in a variety of positions including Director of Hotel Operations. Craig manages all aspects of gaming, including the slot operations, table games operations, and financial departments.

Ginger DeBenedetto
Vice President, Marketing An original "Crew Member" since the property opened in 1988, Ginger has been involved in every phase of marketing. She was named Director of Marketing in 1995 and promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 1998. She oversees the Distinguished Players Club, Best Player Development Program, special events, and advertising and publicity. She is a member of the Bullhead Regional Economic Development Authority.

Jack Pappas
Vice President, Finance Jack came to Ramada Express in 2006 after a three-year stint as Director of Planning and Analysis at sister property Tropicana Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas. Jack has extensive experience in finance. He began his gaming career at Harrah's Laughlin and was Senior Financial Analyst at Rio Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas. He oversees all aspects of finance including analysis, accounting, and cage operations.

Lisa McBrayer
Executive Director, Table Games Operations
Lisa has been with the Ramada Express for the past 16 years, including a 2 year stint in Missouri opening Casino Aztar. A former Blackjack dealer, Pit Supervisor, and Shift Manager, she was named Executive Director of Table Games in 2003. She is a "football mom" and was President of the Laughlin Pop Warner League.

Cristy Crow
Director, Human Resources Cristy joined Ramada Express in 1989 and held a variety of management positions before being promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2004. She serves on the American Heroes Foundation Board of Directors, is active in the local Girl Scout organization, has held state leadership positions in the Society for Human Resource Management, and is a member of the Bullhead Regional Economic Development Authority.

Bruce Roush
Director, Security Bruce began his security career in 1981 as a Security Officer at sister property Tropicana Resort and Casino, Atlantic City. In 1984, he was promoted to Security Supervisor. An original "Crew Member," Bruce came to Laughlin in 1988 as Director of Security. Roush's responsibilities include overseeing the entire security staff.
